We run a small commercial cow/calf operation, raising a mixed breed of Hereford and Black Angus cattle. This hybrid is generally referred to as the “Black Baldy”, and takes advantage of the best genetic characteristics of each breed.
We typically sell our calves after weaning, but occasionally offer custom butchered beef by the half or quarter.
